Premium cuts start at AED 99. Two of those is AED 198.
One board is AED 199, and it brings the bone marrow and the smoked rice with it.

- One board. AED 199, the side keeps coming, and you will be full.
- Three of you
- One board, AED 199, and the side arrives once. Add one AED 59 and the refills start again — choose a dish at AED 59 or less when you add it and that AED 59 comes back on the same bill.
- Four of you
- Two boards, AED 398, refills on both. Or one board, AED 199, where the side arrives once and that board cannot be refilled.
- Five of you
- Two boards, AED 398. One comes with the refills on, the other with the side arriving once. Want both refilling? Add one AED 59 for the second board — AED 457.
- Six of you
- Two boards, three at each: AED 398 plus one AED 59 per board, AED 516. Or three boards, AED 597, refills on all three.
- Seven or more
- One board for every two of you keeps the refills on — four boards, AED 796, covers eight. Walk in and tell us how many.

- Skip the boards. The cuts start at AED 99 and come off the same charcoal.
The board is built for two, and up to four can share one when the four of you are the whole table. Refills of the side are included only when two share. At three, one AED 59 on that board starts them again and comes back as a dish from the food menu at AED 59 or less, drinks aside. The AED 59 goes per board, never per table, and at four a board cannot be refilled.

The kitchen takes its last orders at 12:30 AM, so get here by midnight if you want to eat without rushing.

The Fire
Spanish charcoal. 350°C. No shortcuts.
Everything here goes over Spanish charcoal at 350°C. That heat is what puts the crust on and keeps the middle where you asked for it. It is slower than gas and it costs more, and it is the entire reason the food tastes like this.

Sharing boards: questions guests actually ask
Do I need to plan ahead?
No. Jospereno is walk-in only, every day. Come when you are hungry and we will find you a table.
How much is a sharing board?
The board is always AED 199, VAT included. It is built for two and up to four can share one. When two share, that is about AED 100 each. What changes at three or four is the side: it arrives once instead of refilling. At three you can start the refills again for AED 59 on that board, so three of you pay AED 258 if you want them and AED 199 if you do not.
Is AED 199 the final price?
Yes. AED 199 includes VAT. That is the number that lands on the bill for the board.
How many people does a board feed?
It is built for two, and it is a lot of food. Up to four can share one board, when the four of you are the whole table. At two, the side keeps coming. At three, it arrives once and one AED 59 on that board starts the refills again. At four, it arrives once and that board cannot be refilled: for refills at four, take two boards.
Can three or four of us share one board?
Yes, up to four, and the board is AED 199 either way. At two the side keeps coming. At three it arrives once, and one AED 59 - once for that board, not per person - starts the refills again: choose a dish from the food menu at AED 59 or less when you add it and that AED 59 comes back to you on the same bill. If you do not choose a dish, the AED 59 stays on the bill as the charge for the refills. It is not AED 59 off a dearer dish, and it is not for drinks. At four, one board cannot be refilled at all: take two boards, AED 398, with the refills on both.
Is the AED 59 per person or per table?
Per board, once, and only when three share that board. Six of you across two boards, three on each, is one AED 59 on each board. Two sharing a board never pay it, because the refills are already included.
Do we need to do anything before we come with a group?
No. Walk-in welcome, every day, 11:00 AM to 1:00 AM, with the kitchen taking last orders at 12:30 AM. Just come in and tell us how many you are.
Which board should we choose?
The Ribeye and Rice Board is our best seller: a kilo of charcoal ribeye, unlimited smoked rice and the biggest bone marrow in Dubai. If you want unlimited bone marrow instead, take the Ribeye Board or the Lamb Chops Board. For the slow-smoked side of the fire, take the Smokehouse Board.
What is the difference between the six boards?
The meat, and the thing that comes unlimited with it. All six are the same price and all six are built for two, so there is nothing else to compare.
What exactly is unlimited?
Smoked rice on The Ribeye and Rice and The Short Rib and Rice. Bone marrow on The Ribeye Board and The Lamb Chops Board. Fries on The Burger Board and The Smokehouse Board. The board decides which one, it is not a choice. When two share, it keeps coming. When three share, it arrives once and one AED 59 on that board starts the refills again. At four it arrives once.
Which board has the most bone marrow?
The Ribeye Board and the Lamb Chops Board both come with unlimited bone marrow. The two rice boards carry the single biggest marrow bone in Dubai, stood upright in the middle of the board.
Is the food halal?
Yes. Everything at Jospereno is 100% halal, every cut.
Is there anything on the menu besides the boards?
Yes. Premium cuts start at AED 99 and come off the same Spanish charcoal. If you are on your own, or you are three and want to add to a board, that is the way to do it.

Al Murooj Complex, Sheikh Zayed Road, in DIFC. Parking is RTA street parking around the complex, so bring the app or have change for the meter.
